Vodafone India — Disconnection of voda post paid No. [protected] in name of my son Priyatosh Dwivedi at Allahabad | |||
I visited voda store at Allahabad collected token No.141 and met voda Associate Mr. Varun for disconnection of above mobile No. and refund of security money. Associate told me that after adjusting your security money you have to deposit Rs.250/- more while asking for a disconnection. I have paid Rs.250/- in cash and asked him to provide me money receipt and proper receipt for disconnection and deposit of SIM card. First he told me that it will take 24 to 48 hours but when I pressed him for proper receipt he told me that as per TRAI rules it will take 8-10 days and you shall visit voda store again and pay some more amount till final disconnection date. I have also given my alternate No.[protected] for any communication regarding my amt. deposit/bill/SMS but till now I have receipt no. communication from Voda. I feel it is a unfair trade practise adopted by Voda India and need justice./and comprehensive detail of voda and TRAI for a disconnection/billing system in case of disconnection Thanking you, Yours sincrely A.K.Dwivedi National Insurance Company Ltd. 25 M.G.
