[Resolved] Vodafone India — Dnld-deals_mydala_99-mydala | |||
Amount of Rs 99 has been charged by vodafone on the name of mydala without any information and permission. I talked to customer. Care but they said it started by mydala. com on my vodafone number for which they have deducted Rs 99 three times falsely without even asking or taking my consent, i never opted for such kind of any services and when i called on the mydala. com number they are saying i have clicked from my cellphone on the ad but before doing any deduction or anything else relating to any transaction why it has not been ask.?!? I want my money back... If i ask any process document to share for the amount detection they mean they are not having any process document... Im surprised how the amount will get detected from my main balance...instead it should ask for the credit card or debit card...I have attached the chat history, which i havent taken while chatting with customer care during this issue... I see there is no security for the amount to keep in the Vodafone network...some how they are miss using and taking the amount...if i call for customer care twice they are blocking the number so that the customer wont call back...
