Vodafone India — Downloads : Extra charges applied | |||
Hi, I have recently moved from Airtel to Vodafone due to some personal reasons. Vodafone charged me Rs.277 for no reason. I called up the customer care department 3 of them put my call on vodafone delight and 3 kept me waiting on hold for more than 15 minutes each and in the end disconnect it. The next day I called one guy called "Raj Mohan" kept on repeating his words "these charges are deducted from wesites" I explained him more than four times that I have not opened any website but he kept on repeating that made me Irritate and I asked if he is mad enough to get what I'm trying to say and he hung up. They have the worst, no, possibly the worst ever Network. They have stopped my network registration. Currently, i am using my office desk phone for my personal issues. i am higly fed up with this company. I request all people to change your vodafone networks.
