Vodafone India — Escalation regarding bill | |||||
Dear Team, I am your valuable customer having 6 connections of vodafone. But this month I really got frustrated. As per mail received from vodafone I got notification from vodafone that I have used only 50% of the data allowance then why the charges calculated in my bill. I want reversal of this 499.71 Rs because I have not used any excess amount according to my plan. In last month my balance was 13 GB then why I will pay the charges? Kindly resolve the issue on pririty otherwise I will not pay any bill of my vodafone no's. Please deactivate all my numbers and stop offering siuch offers if you cant be on your commitments.
