T is to inform you that i had joined vodafone network on 15th june'17 from airtel. I had submitted documents on 8th may and after lot of mails and complaints i had been ported on 15th june'17. While submitting the documents your store people of adabari, guwahati, assam offered me a plan of rs 350 per month with benefits of 1gb data per day and unlimited calling and free 4g upgrade with 2gb extra data for upgrading to 4g. But when today i have installed the vodafone app it is showing i have been given 499 plan with only 3gb data. When i had inquired for the same i had been told from the store that the pack of rs 350 is no longer available and for 4g sim i need to pay rs.100.

This is a clear case of cheating and misleading customers to increase the sales and earn revenue.
I didn't had the knowledge before that a mnc like vodafone is such a fraud and loots customers with false commitments.

So please look in the above mentioned issue a resolve on priority.

    I had deactivated the number [protected]. Still i am getting the bills. The customer care people keep calling on my alternate number. Please find the email below for your reference. I had called vodafone customer care on may 26, 2017 and spoken with the manager. Initially she could not find the email with below reference number. Eventually after searching against all the sent emails to my email address, she was able to find the email. She assured that the number has been deactivated and i will not get any future bills. She said she was going to send an email about the same as well. They have not followed through with any of this. I have moved out of india now and this is vodafone india's way of troubling my parents back in india and try and extort money from them. This is not acceptable. ​my number is +[protected].       Dear sir,
      I am a customer of vodafone postpaid. My mobile no is [protected]. My plan is 399 but my postpaid bill generated above rs. 600 rupees (Towards mobile internet and late payment charges). Kindly waive off my extra bill.
      I am unable to pay such a huge amount. Kindly help me in this regard else i'll plan to port my no from vodafone to jio or airtel as they are providing very better plans for unlimited callings and internet.

        Hi, my account balance is getting debited for service i am not activating like dotbot, game station, deals pack and some unlimited at 30 pack. When i called customer care they say such packs are getting activated through internet usage. This doesn't seem to be the problem with other companies and why only vodafone? I am very unhappy and if this continues i will be forced to port my number.

            The vodafone network is rapidly deteriorating. They promise 4g, but at my house on 4g mode the only place we get network is if we practically hang at the window like monkeys.

            Internet connectivity reminds me of the dial up days when connection drops were frequent. 3g is barely at times working and keeps connecting disconnecting. I have to go to airplane mode on and off, thereafter it works great for 4-5 minutes and then back to its mischievous ways.

            Upon calling customer care, they promise their technical team will look into it, but that never happens.

            And this problem isn't just in my building. It's happening even at my office. Where i used to get good data network now it's patchy. There are others also in our society who face the same issue, so it's not that i have a handset issue.

              What is this dotbot service. I didn't even heard about this service name. With whose permission you have activated this service. As i didn't put any requests to activate any such services, please refund my 75/- rs and deactivate service as soon as possible. Why are playing with customer like this. If you want to earn money go in truthful way... Dont cheat customers..

                I have got overbilled for 2 month old shifted connection, i have taken rs 99/- plan, i do not have any other value added or any other services, still it is over billed. I have paid for call charges still they are try to disconnect the services. Lot of value added service they have added and charging on it without asking. It was roaming free with in india, still roaming charges they have charged. I have call services along with they have given 100 sms free with in the package but they are charged for sms. And i have plan for some calls free for any mobiles that also charged.

                    Subject : harrasing service by your customer care girgaum branch. False promises.

                    This sim in in my name. My son is using this phone. Last month in may his phone was crashed so sim was damaged. So i applied and took new sim from girgaum branch.

                    The sim was unused for 15 days as i didnt have extra phone. But i paid all the bills as its postpaid phone.

                    On 18th june i purchased phone and inserted sim. It was not registered on network.
                    I called customer care and i was told to visit gallery where i got the sim.

                    On monday 19th i went to gallery at girgaum. There is long que and i have to wait for minimum 30 minutes. They gave me new sim took aadhaar card zerox duly signed, filled the form and gave me a new sim and assured it will start in 4 hours. It did not start

                    On tuesday 20th i send my staff for the same. They told that again the sim owner has to come. I went there again waited for half hour. They again filled a form got my signature and same assurance of 4 hours. It did not start.

                    On wednesday 21st again i went and requested its very urgent. Please urged them to do soon. They gave me new sim again asked for all papers like pan and aadhar and told in 4 hours it will start. It did not start.

                    On thursday 22nd i sent my staff. I got asurance in 1 hour it will start. It did not start. So at 5 o clock in evening i went. Again form was filled and i am told by tomorrow morning that is by 23rd morning it will start. I was annoyed but they were not worried for that.

                    Each and everytime i went to vodafone the behaviour of staff was rude. They were not bothered for service rather than clearing people from their gallery as we are unwanted.

                    The security person seemed to be more trained and was respectful rather than staff. Long queues and tokens and too much harassment. Token software not working and too much mess.

                    Today at 9 o clock in evening i called vodafone care and i was told that the new sim you have received sim no[protected] synt. There is no record on the system that this sim has to be registered on network. And no record that this sim is given to me.

                    This means that your vodafone gallery at girgaum are just making fools to customers. Just grabbing money and not interested to give any service. From 5 days i have wasted my 5 hours but your staff is least bothered. Bad behaviour. Bad service bad signals, bad and uneducated staff are all those taglines to be kept for vodafone.

                    You dont value customers, keep in mind customers will forget you. We are paying money and your work is to give service rather than cheating the people. Its our hard earned money not meant for your entertainment.

                        I am using my vodafone current postpaid number from last 7 year.
                        2 weeks back i bought a new vodafone postpaid for my parents. Which got deactivated stating there is some outstanding on my 5 years older number which i'm not using anymore.

                        I paid that bill last time (5years back) when my current no was deactivated. Today they want me to show the proof or a recipiet of that bill. Come on guys nobody keeps 5 years older bills with them. Try to understand the fact if i wouldn't have paid that bill how my current number was activated and i was able to use this number. I have done above 20 calls to vodafone about this issue. Someone told me to visit store they will help me and when i went to store they asked me to call call centre because they can not find anything. I spoke to several supervisors or managers everyone assured me a call back or solution in 24-48 hrs no one helped me or called me as promised. Today i had a final conversation with mr mukesh from their escalation team who said i never paid it i will have to pay or they will disconnect my this current no also. Come on guys this is not done.
                        I am highly disappointed bcz of the problem i have from you guys. I have already requested my bank to send me all my older bank statements if i find the transaction for the same i will see i in court for giving me such a hard time.
                        If you guys did not update your systems for my paid amount it's not my problem why i am suffering for all this.

                        This services is pathetic and disappointing

                          I was charged 499 rs extra in my bill of may 2017. Customer care departments have been contacted several times and they are stating these charges are correct.
                          While previously i was told not to make payment since the additional payment has been charged.

                          In a plan of 349 rs monthly with unlimited calling and 10 gb+3gb data i was charges extra 499 without use.

                            I have ported my mobile from idea to vodafone and i have given all the documents which were asked at the time of new connection.
                            Then for the verification one of the person from vodafone came on sunday dated 18th june and literally in a very rude manner talked with my sister. And then i don’t know why he has given false report on the physically verification.
                            I complained about that to vodafone at the same day but no response from their side.

                            Then again verification done from the vodafone side and it got positive and the person from vodafone nodal office (Deepak - [protected]) talked to me that i will help you in making your number to be postpaid and resolve all you query and he and other executive all told to me that not to worry and your number will not be discontinued as i was in continue touch with nodal office till 6 pm and all are giving me positive response.
                            But just after half an hour the services of my number has been barred.
                            I don’t know how are they working and just to make a new connection they are just fooling customer and make false commitment.
                            And now after i told them that it is your fault and i will go to court they are giving me 200rs compensation.

                              मैं सुरेश कनबी, मेरे पास वोडाफोन का पोस्ट पेड मोबाइल कनेक्शन है, जिसका नम्बर [protected] है, मेरी शिकायत यह है कि में 6 जून से 12 जून के दरम्यान सिंगापूर गया था ओर मेरे मुंबई छोड़ने के साथ ही मेरा फोन out of service हो गया था, इस दौरान मैने 7 जून को my vodafone Application में international roaming के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त कर रहा था और मुझे Rs, 500 में 24 घंटों के लिए unlimited intnational incoming, outgoing ओर data के बारे जानकारी प्राप्त हुई और मेने वह पैक एक्टिंव किया, मेरे द्वारा पैक एक्टिव करते ही तुरंत ही मेरा फोन जो आउट ऑफ सर्विस था वह चालू हो गया, मेने इस दौरान दूसरे किसी पैक की रिक्वेस्ट नही की थी ओर 8 june को मेने देखा कि मेरा फोन फिर से out of service हो गया था तो मैंने फिर से Rs 500 का pack एक्टिव किया, जो 9 जून तक चल रहा था, फिर में 12 जून को मुम्बई आ गया था और यहा आते ही मेरा फोन की out going सुविधा बंद कर दी, कारण जानने पर मुझे यह पता चला कि मेरे फोन का bill Rs12000 आया है,
                              मेने कस्टमर केयर से बात करने से यह मालूम हुआ कि मेरा सिर्फ Rs149 का international roaming पैक activat हुआ है जिसके वजह से इनकमिंग ओर आउटगोइंग के चार्जेस लगा है, परन्तु मेंने Rs500 का किया था, यह स्पष्ट रूप से एप्पलीकेशन में दिखाया गया है और एप्लिकेशन में Rs 149 का पैक है ही नहीं, तो मेरे द्वारा149 का पैक कैसे एक्टिव होगा,
                              यह स्पष्ट रूप से वोडाफोन वालो की गलती है,

                                Dear sir/ madam

                                I am using your post paid connection having a plan i. E. 199/- p. M.. I decided to port my number to idea because my billing amount was so high and they were providing me good plan then yours but your customer service agent called me up and they gave me waiver of 300 rs./- and requested me to pay my bill with in 48 hours. But now i got a message from your side that my 300 rs. Is still pending and when i called to your customer care center they said they got the mail of rs. 200/- waiver only.
                                If you people wont able to give waiver then why you made wrong commitments.
                                I hereby request you to look into the matter expeditiously to resolve the matter

                                  The service at the customer care center, at reliance trade center, margao, goa is very eratic and unreliable.in the past 1 week i have had to return back 3 times without having my issue dealt with. Each time i was told rather rudely by the store worker that the internet connection was down and that i would have to return some other time. This is very unprofessional and i wonder if they cannot provide reliable internet connection in their own office then how do they expect customers to believe in their product and avail of their broadband/mobile internet service.

At the time of activation the retailer has given us the fake information and now not responding over phone calls too. Some of our numbers are got deactivated due to wrong plan activation

                                      I ported my airtel number to vodafone. The agent provided me wrong sim. Now i am unable to contact the agent. Customer care number has always has a queue of not less than 15 minutes. Now, i donot have any number. This number is registered in my office and i am unable to log in to some sites which require otp. I am unable to do any bank transactions because i cannot receive otp on the number. The number is activated but i am not able to use it because of the poor service provided by vodafone and useless careless vodafone agents.

                                        I have been charged for data usage (Bill no.[protected] for the bill period -20.05.17-19.06.17 since i have a data pack and the vodafone app and vodafone website (Screenshot attached) was showing that i didnt consume my all the data so i use the internet services and they charged me rs.499.26 for it.
                                        And in the bill i have been charged for my data consumption on[protected] while they didnt charged me for data consumption on[protected].
                                        Then i chat to vodafone executive they said to me, "i am unable to solve your problems since the bill had not generated at that time, and if it is a mistake it will be solveout when the bill generated".
                                        And yesterday in the evening they barred my services without any notice since the credit limit crossed for my no.
