[Resolved] Vodafone India — Excess data usage bill charged | |||
Dear Sir, I have *PHP Spellcheck Trial* my prepaid number [protected]. I have switched to postpaid plan rental Rs. 399 per month in the month of Oct. 14 with 2 GB 2G free data per month as suggested by executive Mr. Gourav from vodafone . But after only 10 days usage I have got message that my usage is crossed the limit and my phone is disconnected and I m surprised that I have neither used the data nor outgoing calls but I have been asked to deposit Rs.1400/- imediately to retrieve mobile services . I have contacted customer care regarding excess bill but they also unable to give satisfactory answer and asked to pay the amount to retrieve my mobile services and they also assured that the free data will be adjusted in the bill. But when I have recieved the bill of Rs.2859 and data charges will not deducted from bill. I have written to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.in many times but the e-mail failed to reach on this e-mail that is provided at its website then after many attempts I forwarded my complaint to nodal office e-mail i.e. nodal.[protected]@vodafone.in but no reply has been received on my complaint till date. In the meantime I have received two more bills till date of Rs. 399+ service tax each. Now I have been asked to give Rs. 3600/- . I m daily receiving calls from vodafone to give full payment.
