Vodafone India — Exhausted bal. without use | |||
Today i send one message stop on 1925 they deactivated my net and exhausted my all the bal. I again send message start on 1925 they activated my account without any bal. Same procedure i done with reliance but they not deducted the bal. I never asked for deactivation. I contacted c. Care but there reply was helpless. Purpose was to send message stop was that after exhausted bal not to deduct charge's from bal.In voice call. C. Care told me i was suppose to sent message after exhausted all the balance which is not practical. My m. No. Is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
