Vodafone India — expiration of data pack before due date

On 22nd july, I got myself a recharge of 352 rs data pack which had a validity of 56 days but on 21 aug, i received a message that my data pack has expired. On 22 july i recieved a message that your data pack is active and valid for 56 days so how this is even poaaible that the pack will expire before is due date.
I tried calling the customer care many times they listen to the problem and after that they put the call on hold and then they hung up the call. What kind of customer service is this?
