Vodafone India — Fake bill charges

Actually i should register a police complaint, last two months
Vodafone has been giving us threatning and abusive calls, months ago me and my dad went to a vodafone store to convert to postpaid to prepaid, we paid the entire amount and they gave us a prepaid sim and told us that it will be activated soon, but even after months both postpaid and prepaid sims are not working and they are asking a huge amount for bill payment, but we didnt use any sim, both of them are not working, and how can they ask postpaid charges when we converted to prepaid.
