Vodafone India — falsely charged for vas | |||||
I have been falsely charged for making special call to 51717*0 on 26/06/2018.in reality no such calls were made. I was charged an additional 532 inr for a call that was never made, when i googled the special number i found that such complains were common. I am disappointed that a multi billion dollar mnc like vodafone would resort to such unethical practices. Whats interesting is that the itemized bill shows no calls on the said day except for the 51717 special call. I can't believe it. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Continuously getting fake international calls from qatar on vodafone number. i blocked the number but still the call me from another number.

i have complain regarding current bill,
as i paid for international roaming for 10th June to 20th June,
and at 14th June bill was generated.
which is totally wrong.
i mailed to Vodafone customer care but didn't get any reply.
pls. do needful and solve problem.
