Vodafone India — Family plan not activated yet | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam i recently ported my airtel to Vodafone, seeking the better data from your end. but i am sorry to say i was totally misled. I was having a family plan in airtel with 2 nos ([protected] and [protected]) which was using the same plan of 1200mins talk time and 5 GB data. Vodafone care team offered me 699 red plan +99 red plan for linking both nos. with 8 GB data and unlimited talk time. initial team has informed me to subscribe 699 plan for both the nos. and then next day they will convert the other no.with 99 rs plan, but till date i didn’t get any respond form your team. Again, i went to Vodafone gallery, i had informed there that if i opt for family plan then only 2 gb data and 1000min talk time will be applicable.
