Vodafone India — Filed complaint regarding disconnect my vodafone number | |||||
Hi Concerned, I am Ekta Tripathi, using Vodafone postpaid connection on my both Sims, whereas one of my sim is used by someone else and who knows my details. He is using this number [protected] unauthorized way. I have called many times to executives and asked help to block this sim but somehow this sim got actively activated without any information. I request you to please check case filing complaints in your documentary. This is so frustrating and a kind of harassment I m feeling. That person had used above mentioned sim in consecutive months and postpaid bills not paid. Now from 2 days I am getting notification that if due amount has not paid, my other Vodafone number will be disconnected. I m bearing problems because of noncooperation behavior of voda-customer executives. Was this information helpful? | |||||
