Vodafone India — Fraud by Vodafone store borivali | |||
My cell no is [protected] and are regular user of vodafone. On 25/5/17 we had visited vodafone store for payment of our outstanding.. And we were guided to payment kioskand we sumbitted rs.500 note and suddenly machine stopped working and note also didnt came out. We immediatly informed and lodged complained via[protected] dated 29/5/17. Initally they said problem will get resolved in couple of days as its regular issue. Later on after 5 days they mentioned sorry nothing can be done.. And they are also not ready to view cctv camera. We see this as complete case of fraud by vodafone. We will be forced to go to police station and lodge complain against vodafone if issue is not resolved. Please resolve the matter.
