[Resolved] Vodafone India — Fraud charges in Billing | |||
I am a Vodafone postpaid user and my number is [protected]. In my postpaid bill of last month October 2014, I have been wrongly charged with ₹571 as download charges from services like wapvilla, ndtv, snapdeal and others which I never used. Neither in my usage I have been asked for such paid service nor I received sms regarding the same. When I called customer care at 198 they couldn't resolved my problem rather they told I have visited paid site that's why I have been charged for. This is I feel, truly a cheating and fraud way carried out by Vodafone to loot money from customer. How can one be charged without any consent or notification. I am there registered a port request to switch to a different network. Was this information helpful? | |||
