Vodafone India — Fraudulent charges under download category in postpaid bill

Dear Fraud & Cheater Vodafone, I am holding a connection with vodafone red 1599 plan and since last 6 months I have been fraudulently charged in almost every bills under download category with various mysterious download descriptions like d2c mobile art_75 or mydala 99 or sometime its something else. Till today repeatedly I have raised my complaints over the mail and over the call centre about this issue but it seems like there is no end of your cheating activity in billing. I am only asking what are these downloads and what does it mean like ndtv value pack or my dala but none of your bugger so called customer service agent is having any idea about this. Today when I commented that these downloads are fake in your bill and its vodafone only who is stealing the money from customers, one of your smart tele-caller asked me to do my own research in google and informed me there is no connection between those downloads service provider and vodafone and vodafone doesnot have any clue about any such downloads about what is it and who is getting paid. Let me ask you few question then. 1. When I using your web server and downloading something from the internet then how can you say you don't clue about what I am accessing or downloading. 2. When I made a search in google.com with your download descriptions mentioned in my bill, I got complaints only... only complaints in the name of vodafone. If Vodafone doesn't have any connection with this fake download providers when why these downloads are not happening in other operators network and why it only with vodafone customers?. I have attached herewith few screen shots from google search about your download details mentioned in the bill for your ready reference in case you doubt my ability about how surf to internet (I beg of you please use d2c_mobilert_75 or d2c_mydala_99 search key terms in google before giving me your silly excuses) 3. I am not that much impacted to pay Rs.178 or some odd near about amount to vodafone but my only worry is if you can charge me Rs.178 or some amount which is not in your control as your tele agent said then tomorrow you may charge INR.1 Lacs or even higher showing the same fake downloads and I would not have any option rather than paying the amount to you which neither you have any clue nor I have. Can you please assure me that your fraud activity will be limited to this INR. 100 to 500 range only.
