Vodafone India — Free data pack not activated under samsung E7 offer | |||
Dear Team, I have been harrassed mentally by vodafone company. Initially mentioning that i have got a free data pack i was then told that nothing such is available. I am forwarding the details in the form of emails sent to vodafone. Please get into this and help me. I had purchased a samsung galaxy E7 mobile last month on March 25, 2015, I had got an offer of 2GB 3G data per month for 2 months along with this purchase as can be seen from the below screenshot (Highlighted portion). I deactivated my 2g data pack on 31st march to avail this free data from 1st april (AS CONFIRMED BY YOUR EXECUTIVE) but just now when i spoke to another executive for knowing my data balance he informed me that no such data pack exists on my number?? Are you kidding me?? I had confirmed with the executive and then only started using the plan and now your me like this?? Even on Vodafone website the same offer is mentioned without any condition whatsoever. Please find below the screenshot of the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
