[Resolved]  Vodafone India — getting unknown call due to call forwarding from unknown no. On my sim no. [protected]

This complain is regarding getting unknown calls from unknown numbers on my sim number at [protected] form few days, when i asked those who called why they are calling on my sim number on [protected], they replied that they getting missed call from another number which is [protected], I was confused and call on that no. [protected] form my different no. [protected], and i received call on [protected]. this seems that who using [protected] this no. do there call forward on my no. at [protected]. Then i called many time on 198 for vodafone complain but "no conclusion", then i visit to vodafone store in modal town 2 on 11:07:2015 and get waiting slip with no . 156 , there i meet mr. saurab who is in charge and mr. bhaskar who is employee there on counter no. 2, they both misbehave with me and refused to here my complaint, ask for the 5000/ as a bribe and suggest me to sale my number, then i give call on 100 at 1:32 pm from my another no. [protected] and ask help from police, they visit modal town vodafone store, you can see the footage on CTC camera . when police arrived there and then also that Saurab and Bhaskar misbehave with me, after long argument they gave me request no. that is [protected]. This is my request to please give transfer to both of them, they are rude, unmanned, blunt and they are not for customer help . AND i want solution regarding this call forwarding on my number from different number which i mentioned you before .i don't know that person or his address who using that number . please help me out .
