Dear team, Very sorry to write you that i am very harassed by your team. I am your post paid customer june 2018 Due to poor service i have requested to close my services and i have applied for switch from post paid to pre paid at bhagalpur mini store. Till now it is not converted. [protected] is very important number for me because it is updated in my all bank account. I have tried lots of time to get activated but it's not happen. Feb 22, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I have a number 9304931428. Which is under your post paid plan. Due to poor service I have requested to close it. After that I have applied to switch from post paid to prepaid at Vodafone mini store BHAGALPUR Bihar. Till now it is not done. Result happened that my important no is deactivated. This number is in my all bank account.
Without this number I can not do any on line financial transaction.
So requested to activate my number 9304931428 Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
