Dear sir / madam, As per the agreed terms and conditions of customer agreement form (Caf) signed by you, To provide cellular telephony service, we have provided the said services to you on cellular Phone no.888xxxxxx, bearing account id no 74831120, as provided for in the caf, you had agreed to pay our monthly bills as on or before the due date of bills and if in default therein, you have agreed to pay interest thereon. However you have failed to keep your commitments and not paid us the outstanding amount on time. Due to this default in payment of rs. 708/- you are not entitled for our services. Thereafter on repeated requests, reminders and personal demands by our representatives, you have not paid the said overdue amount on your account, even today. You are now hereby called upon to make the payment of the outstanding amount of rs.708 /- within 3 days from the receipt this notice.
