Vodafone India — Harassment during mnp | |||
My experience of MNP from Vodafone to Airtel has been extremely harassing. It’s been already a month now that I am following up with Vodafone customer care for the same and every time there is one excuse or the other. The executives say that approval is pending from my authorized signatory, however, I have shared both the mail and hard copy approval thrice (Please refer to the attached proofs). Have spoken to customer care on 28th May (6th Time) and he promised that I’ll get a revert within 24 hrs. for port out, but alas, haven’t received any call yet. This gives me an impression that Vodafone is creating unnecessary troubles and harassing the customers who want to port out by false fault finding. Please suggest a way out ASAP else I’ll have to file a legal complaint against Vodafone for harassment. Regards, Shweta [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
