Vodafone India — Home network still not activated, roaming charges, bill not received,

Customer care of Vodafone is the worst I have experienced so far. When I wanted to port my Airtel number to Vodafone in Oct 2015, I was told that if you will take Vodafone Red 666 plan, we will make your Maharashtra, Mumbai & Goa circle free (i.e. no roaming whenever I travel between these 3 regions). I kept following up with customer care & the relationship manager of the Vodafone Store for 5 months to activate the free roaming but all I would hear is "Yes Ma'am, I have raised the request. It will get activated very soon"; “Yes Ma’am, I can see that it is activated”. If it was activated why could I still see ‘R’ on my phone? I kept paying roaming charges for these 5 months, though they were waived off for 2 months by the RM. Finally one day I received a call from Mumbai customer care. As per them, I had to change my number from Pune to Mumbai for which they had to Port my number again. After my number got activated, I was told that my number is now part of M, M & G circle. But when I traveled to Pune this month, I could still see 'R' on my phone. I'm tired of following up with Vodafone people & unfortunately Vodafone is the only network which comes at my place in Pune, so I can't even Port to any other number.

Secondly, I kept receiving calls from customer care to pay April’s bill every day in the entire June month. I kept informing them every single day that I haven’t received April’s bill yet & I will not pay the bill unless I receive the bill. My monthly charges were Rs. 543 & I was charged Rs. 900+. After informing the lady that I have paid my May bill but I will only pay my April’s bill once I have received the invoice in my mailbox, she didn’t stop irritating me. I guess she had decided to irritate the hell out of me so that I will simply pay the bill without asking for the bill. Even while I was traveling in J&K (where only postpaid numbers from different states work), I kept receiving the calls. Then also I informed the customer care that please stop calling me. I am on roaming for which I will have to pay for every call that you make & once you send the bill to my ID, I will make the payment the very same day. But like I said Vodafone has the worst customer care, instead of sending me the bill, they disabled my connection. My husband & I were phoneless while we were traveling across Kashmir. Thanks to Vodafone! Eventually, I had to pay the phone bill so that we could inform our families in case of any emergencies, given the state of J&K.

Thirdly, when I receive my bill for June month, even after paying both April’s & May’s bill, I’m charged for April again. They have put some onetime charges & other credit charges which comes to a total of Rs. 380 plus tax on this amount. Instead of my amount being approx. Rs. 700, it is now Rs. 1100.
Vodafone, please let me know if you plan to irritate me the same way going forward as well. I would rather port my number to some other network than going through such mental harassment. My company doesn’t pay me salary so that I spend my entire time fighting with Vodafone customer care. Even if I call your CC & ask your people to transfer me to the Supervisor, they have a problem with that too. Your supervisor is busy somewhere but he doesn’t have time to take your customer’s call. I agree you are providing service to your customers but that doesn’t mean you forget the word ‘Humanity’. When people are traveling to critical areas such as J&K, instead of disabling their numbers, you can wait for another week for the money. Instead of troubling your customers, may be you need to look at your staff who connects with your customers & can’t understand their problems or needs. Till date I haven't received my April's bill.

If my following problems are not resolved in next few days, I would not hesitate going live on Social Media with my problems & my hate for your services.

Sir I am regular customer of vodafone but I am not satisfy with the plan of vodafone . I hove not any good offer of vodafone .it is a good network but I am not afford the rate of vodafone .I requested to you sir I hove provide the good plan of internet .thanku sir
