Vodafone India — i'm complaining about your juice pack

I have received a message on 11-09-18 as juice package activated to your number and 75 rs will deduct from next bill.

1. First upon i do not know about this.
2. I have not agreed any thing such useless offers
3. Without consulting customer should not implement any thing. This will create bad images.
4. So kindly cancel the juice package.
5. If reflect any bill i am not responsible.
