Vodafone India — Incorrect billing amount | |
My # complaint no is[protected] and have been constantly victimized by #vodafone for 4 months. I have taken Vodafone Corporate connection in Jun-15. At that time I was told that Rs.100 will be given each month.The same was given in Jun-15.For the bill which was generated for Jul and Aug 15 the discount of Rs.100 was not given.I was told by the so called representative of Vodafone name # #AkanshaSharma to pay the bill deducting the discount, she assured me that such issue will not arise in subsequent bils.I called her and visited Vodafone Service Centre also.They told that it will be resolved.I have received the bill for October and Rs.100 discount is given but the Rs.200 discount is still shown as outstanding due, on top of that they have charged late fees. I have been contacting Vodafone innumerable times and they lack basic decency to revert back. One of my friend has taken the same connection, she was facing the same problem and now Rs.200 has been deducted from her account .My problem is still not solved, which is not acceptable. Now, the best part is that few minutes back I had a talk with #Rajarshibose, he misbehaved with me and was very rude and was unable to solve my issue.On top of that, he is saying that my problem is not an issue but a request .He very confidently said that the discount of Rs.100 was given erroneously and it is has been stopped in July. I salute their audacity to lie thousand time and fool innocent ppl like us. Guys please beware before getting into their trap by taking new connection.I think Vodafone has launched new scheme of trapping people by giving wrong assurance and are least bothered to solve customers problem. Vodafone representative fool people by making false promise at the time of taking connection just to fulfill their target, it is we who suffer later. What audacity #vodafone has not only gained a name in the market for fraudulently charging their customers but also dropping their calls when an explanation and resolution of the matter is being sought. I have recieved a call from Vodafone few minutes back and the customer care executive is so shameless and horrific that he banged the phone on my face when i asked his name. #Vodafone should sack such illiterate employee who don't know how to behave properly.You should take lessons from #airtel, #aircel, #idea, #tata, #bsnl, #reliance or just quit the market. Why don't you come upfront and beg for donations instead of stealthily fraudulently looting our time and money. I demand a serious intervention and compensation for wasting my precious time and money as well as resolution of the matter. #vodafone i beseech you to come clean or just CLEAN OUT...
