Vodafone India — Incorrect name on my bill | |||||
I recently ported my prepaid number to postpaid and submitted my docs, they called me asking that my name is different from my fathers name as my father name is Arun Kumar Sharma but I use Kapil as my last name in all my documents. I explained them this and they acknowledged. But when i got my first bill they have mentioned my name as Mrs. Akanksha Kapil Arun kumar Sharma. All my documents states that my fathers name is Arun Kumar Sharma I don't know why they have added 'Mrs' followed by my fathers name in my bill. When i complained thay asked me to submit my docs again as i have asked them to update my name in their records. Why will i submit the same documents again. Please help me with this correction as this is related and linked to my CIBIL score too. Was this information helpful? | |||||
