Vodafone India — internet issue

Address:Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, 245206

I am using vodafone company's prepaid sim card. I had recharged 599 on december 18, since then i have the inconvenience o[censored]sing the internet. Speed from 10 kbps to 20 kbps. I often complain by calling 198 too many times. But there is no solution to my problem.
Kindly, give me full amount of my recharge 599.

My problem is not resolved yet . I still facing slow internet speed. please refund my full amount of rupees 599.
