Vodafone India — It is about the activation from prepaid to postpaid

This is for your kind information that i got a call from vodafone by a lady saying to me congrats, that i got selected as one of the customer to convert the connectivity from prepaid to post paid, she talked in telugu and converse with her in english. She told me about the plans this happen on 24th may 2017. She made a reminder calls if i am interested then she made me to her higher up manager then he was also insisting me to take the plan. At last i said ok, he told me that an executive will come and collect the documents like photo and aadhar card they told me to pay also rs 300 as deposit fee. Again they called me on 27th may 2017 to ask if i am ready with documents, then i was busy i told it is not possible. Then they called me in the morning the in the first hour to ask my residence address and collect the documents, i gave the documents and paid rs.300, i asked the executive for the identity card he denied saying that he joined recently so he made me to talk to his executive also she said that he had joined recently, i believed her. The executive handed me over a sim card, and said within 24 to 36 hrs it will be activated. But after 48hrs also it did not get activated, so i visited the vodafone shop at secundrebad manohar theater area, and told about this they flatly denied saying that vodafone people do not call and ask for the post paid connectivity. I was schoked about this i got angry also, i said they are from vodafone, i gave the number from which they called me, so lucky one of the executive at the shop got the number of that third party number his name is feroz and is number is [protected]. So the next day they called asked whether i paid the money and given the documents, i shouted at that guy, and he immediately cut the phone, i try to call back the same number it was telling please check the number, like this things are happening with in purview. So i kindly request u guys to solve this and try that is not repeted again. Vodafone is a mnc company people are spoiling your company name. I even try to contact that guy mr. Feroz still not comming in contact, i asked his address he said it is rtc cross roads in hyderabad.
I want a immediate result of this.
