Vodafone India — late payment charges

Vodafone — Charging of late payment penalty fees of rs. 100 every time

I am regular customer of vodafone since last 3 years.

During this tenure vodafone have charged me late payment rs. 100 to Rs.50 per month.

And the whole process of regerating the bill by calling customer care numbers and twitter dm's affects the next bill.

This is irritating on all levels and a pathetic way of looting the customers.

If I calculate thoroughly then Vodafone would have charged me around 2 thousand 8 hundred Rupees for the whole time I was a customer of vodafone.
