international roaming fraud

Recently I activated I-Roam pack for France. I was in place called NICE in France. But since the place is near to Monaco (bordered) it caught Monaco network.
I should be charged 500/- per day but I was charged 39000/-

I have following points

1) Its not my fault. Its Vodafone fault, it caught Monaco network when I am in NICE (FRANCE)

I have been intending to deactivate my vodafone sim for a long time without any avail. The services are very poor. And for the poor services i am charged approximately rs. 700 everyday.

I have been complaining to the service centre for a very long time. They are delaying the whole thing without proper communication. I am unsatisfied with the service and do not intend to pay high bills for the netwrok provider.

illegal payment recovery

We were in mauritius between 11th to 18th aug. Knowing the fact that there is no vodafone iroam pack, we ensured that our phones were never online, unless on wifi. We had only enabled sms pack of inr 149/- which only talks about incoming sms not being charged.

unethical practice from vodafone deducted negative balance

mobile plan automatically changed caused high billed amount

My mobile plan has been automatically changed without my permission which genarated high bill amount. Cystomer care told its done by backend team and we are not responsible for this. They are unable to connect me to backend team. This is not acceptable. Please consider this as fraud by vodafone. Without customer consent vodafone shouldnt do it. I suspect this as scam....

For the past 4 days i cannot send messages.. So i called customer care executive and they said it'll be resolved within 2 hours, but it didn't.. Next time they asked me to visit vodafone store, and hence i visited vodafone store, but they told me to talk to customer care executive again.. But nobody has the answer of why messages were barred and how and when it'll be unbarred.. After this pathetic service, i'll have to port the service provider....

wrongly deducted money for 2-3 times

Hi,

Vodafone deducted the amount from [protected] for a service. But i did not ask for any service. They wrongly put a plan to this number and deducted rs 21 from main balance. Is this the way one should treat their reliable customers? I am using this number from my starting days. Recently they have started cheating.

Also, earlier they applied normal call rate though promo was already there.

activating products without prior permission

Vodafone is desperate in taking money from the customers. I recharge for phone calls and text message alone. Why on earth vodafone taking money for data package without customer permission. Vodafone needs to explain and refund the money... Do not activate data pack, my balance should reveal the amount i recharged after gst. If it is not reflecting then i'm filling a case on vodafone... I already use another service provider for data pack......

Hello, talktime recharge of rs. 458 on 05/11/18 is successful. Talktime received rs.4.58 gst charged rs. 69.86, access fee rs. 383.56. New balance is rs. 13.55

I don't understand this is the second time my money is taken by vodafone and it always shows the minimum amount in my balance. I need an explanation on this?...

juice up pack without my consent

I am a vodafone user since 2011 and this is the first time i am having a complaint like this. I got message from vodafone saying that juice up pack is activated as per my request. I have never requested or claimed to activate this service. Without customer knowledge how can a service provider activate a pack. Also in message it is mentioned that 75 rs will be add in the next bill cycle. I am not even aware of this pack and what it used for....

Vodafone has been the worst in solving issues despite of complaining several times. My call ends in 10 minutes saying its a call failure, they told me it is because of my locality, which is absurd because my friends who stay far away are also facing this issue.
