I ported my number([protected]) from Vodafone AP to Vodafone Mumbai in month of October 2015. I got extra amount of 1238 rupees in January 2016 mentioned as miscellaneous charges.
I talked to customer care of Vodafone and found that it came from Vodafone AP circle as due amount but I cleared all the amount before porting to Vodafone Mumbai circle.
Whenever I call to Vodafone Mumbai Customer care to investigate more then they ask me to contact Vodafone AP saying that we don't have your old details and whenever I call to AP customer care then they ask me to contact Mumbai circle saying that you have been ported to Mumbai so we don't have any information of you.
How can Vodafone Mumbai add other due amount without any confirmation and proof ?
If is there any due amount from Vodafone AP then they would have sent me due amount bill in month of October/November itself. I asked my friend to visit Vodafone care center of AP(Hyderabad) for more investigation. After investigation found that Vodafone AP generated my bill in month of November and December however I had already been ported to Mumbai circle in month of October 2015 itself. My billing cycle of Vodafone AP was 19th of month and I had been ported before it so there is no chance to generate bill after 19th October 2015.
I have raised complaints 3 to 4 times and escalated to senior level for same but none of them came up with single response. I have sent several mails to Vodafone Mumbai and Vodafone AP with all my bill amount and their paid details with their transaction id but no response from them .
I have been struggling from last one month and keep on calling customer to look into this issue but no proper reply from them as well.
One more problem is that Vodafone AP registered someone else number named Mr. Virla([protected]) with my personal emailid([protected]@gmail.com) and now I am getting Vodafone AP mails for Mr. Virla from month January 2016.
Now I can not use my number as Vodafone Mumbai has blocked my calls and restricted few services.
I am damn frustrated and fed up with Vodafone customer service. Very very worst and disappointing experience of Vodafone. Was this information helpful? |
