I have received 3 to 4 calls from mobile number [protected] asking for my SBI credit card 16 digit number, expiry date and CVV code mentioned backside the card. They said it is regarding Reward points crediting to my account. By the time they asked for CVV code, I realized it's a fake call and when I said this call I have recorded and going to give police they cut the call. As soon as I gave them the 16 digit number and Expiry date, I received OTP message to my mobile number and then they were asking for CVV code which I didn't provide. Please let me know how to take action against these kind of fraud call?
True caller was showing the name as Uderaj from Delihi and Vodafone number.Thanks

    I have a roaming pack on my vodafone number for free incoming calls during in roaming up West, bihar and jharkhand Rs 21 and its validity till 27 feb 2016. My home network is Delhi NCR. Few days back when I am in roaming and also have this roaming pack. When I received incoming calls my main balance still detect. I called customer care number and he suggest me that to take your network setting on vodafone. So till that day I always set my network setting on manual mode on vodafone. Today on 13 feb 2016 when I received a call in roaming again my balance detect by vodafone even I m on vodafone manual network setting. And when I called to customer care he said that You are not on vodafone network and manual setting and again I checked but is still on manual setting on vodafone. So its second time when they wrongly detect my balance.. Please do the needful. Thanx

    Wrongly detect my balance when I m in roaming, because I have a free incoming roaming pack. When I call on customer care he said that you are not on vodafone network but when I entered in roaming I was change my network setting on manual and select a vodafone network.

        Vodafone has been charging me incorrect Internet charges from last 2 months, when highlighted they informed me that Internet was used on my cell phone but no such package was used and also no additional package is active on my no. When again contacted they are only stating same thing. Have escalated the matter to senior management but till date no call has been received . Today they discontinued my line as well without having courtesy to call and resolving the issue. This is not the first time I am facing with Vodafone. Totally unhappy with such poorest response

          I didnt receive a single call from vodafone for verification. They sent me messages thrice stating that they couldn't contact me. They also asked me to call on a number for completion of the process. I did but there was no response. and then they blocked my outgoing services without intimation. when i called customer care all they did is provoke me to escalate the issue to the higher level.
          There were a few urgent calls that i had to make, and I couldnt only because of the ineffective process of the company. Why should I as a customer suffer due to lack of efficiency of the verification process of the company??
          These people should have simply called and informed the fact that my services will be blocked if the verification is not complete. Some people might not even read messages. Highly disappointed in vodafone. Specially wHen I am an old customer. Is there something called customer loyalty? No they didnt even respect thaT. all they want me to do is wait for their next call. What till then? I cant make any calls or send any texts?

            Miscellaneous amount in my bill

            I ported my number([protected]) from Vodafone AP to Vodafone Mumbai in month of October 2015. I got extra amount of 1238 rupees in January 2016 mentioned as miscellaneous charges.
            I talked to customer care of Vodafone and found that it came from Vodafone AP circle as due amount but I cleared all the amount before porting to Vodafone Mumbai circle.

            My postpaid mobile number belonging to Tamil Nadu was used by me for many years and when I retired in 2013 I converted it to prepaid. But when I went to USA in May 2015 I converted it to postpaid as per the instructions of a Vodafone Store person and paid Rs. 500 to them and got receipt also. But when I came back from the US I found the number has been given to some one else. So I complained to Vodafone Store and then their Nodal Office in Chennai via e mail and they contacted me and said they will get my mobile number back to me and the lady who was in touch with me has suddenly stopped taking my calls and does not answer my calls to her from a number which I had given her as a temporary number of mine. I complained to their appellate authority in Chennai and they gave a docket number[protected] on 4-2-2016 and they said they will reply by 8-2-2016 but so far no reply as on[protected]. When I call them their number keeps saying it is busy, busy always so it is of no use. Hence this complaint in the complaint form to complaint about this issue. I hope Vodafone India CHennai guys will take note of this and resolve this quickly.

            This complaint was taken up by me at Appellate Authority level and followed up by many e mails and phone calls and finally one person in AA office of Vodafone Chennai followed it up and finally resolved it for me. I got my number back. They contacted the guy to whom the number was given wrongly by Vodafone and requested him to surrender the number and after some persuation he appears to have agreed and he was given another number to his liking. So I was given my number back. For the sake of confidentiality I am not giving the number in this forum. I thank Vodafone for resolving this but the process tested my patience a lot and some people in Vodafone were not helpful at all and their behaviour though polite was frustrating and unhelpful and I hope Vodafone takes this as a feedback and correct such individuals. It took nearly three months of regular followup with Store, Nodal Office and finally to Appellate Authority to get it done. Anyhow the fact that Vodafone accepted their mistake and helped me get the number back is good and shows some responsible behaviour on their part at least on the part of one individual. Thanks.

              I didn't get the benefit which I got by a vodofone representative when I was thinking about to port from Vodafone.
              When I tried to file an complain against it, three of the customer representatives didn't respond well and put my phone on hold for a longer period n then no reply. They were behaving unethically which was not expected from a well known n a reputative Brant VODAFONE..

              Hope will get the solution asap..

              I wanna file a complaint against those people who didn't respond or disrespect me i.e. a customer and also I want my promised benefit.

                I have taken a net pack service from Vodafone. On *111*7# I have choosen a 2G net pack of ₹128 for 400 MB which was valid for 28 days but in actual I received 525 MB just for 18 days. I had a talk with customer care and their seniors but no one helped me. They kept on saying pack cannot be extended or money cannot be refunded.
                Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                It has been two days yet no step has been taken.
                For cell number compay or its representive can mail me at [protected]@gmail.com.

                I had a talk again at customer care on 12 feb at 10:10 they said to take some action but yet not step has been taken.

                  I am getting unnecessary calls from this company, all the time because of this
                  I have changed this company. Especially asking for selecting caller tunes which is an automated call.There were occassions I were on Important meeting and when I heard the call I attended and it is the same BS$##@!.

                  Also they disconnect call while talking and we have to make call again which costs
                  more money.thereby they are generating more money for themselves.

                    Name: Mandeep Singh, number: [protected]. I have been offered a lucrative plan by Vodafone representative. As per the representative I have to pay a monthly rental of 499 and I will going to receive 1200 local/national free minutes, 500 local/national free texts, free 1 Gb 3G and throttling thereafter, free unlimited CUG calls. But today when this connection got activated I get to know that it's a 199 plan with no free calls texts and data and moreover I have to pay for all CUG calls. Its a fraud. The customer care agents were so unhelpful and the same representative who has offered me this plan is still saying that I'm on correct package. But however on the Vodafone app I can clearly check that I am getting charged.

                        I use two numbers of Vodafone. The usage of second number is not much and therefore i requested Vodafone multiple times to provide me low rental scheme. For good 2-3 months my request was not processed. I refused to make the payment as Vodafone was not paying heed to my request. Instead of solving the issue, Vodafone decided run warning to debar calls of my primary number. There were no outstanding charges of my primary number. When I inquired about why Vodafone is cutting off service of number for which there is no outstanding amount, the executive had no answer.

                        I had to make the payment which company did not deserve, in order to save the number which had no outstanding charges. This is pure harassment. Till today, I do not have update on whether my second number has been shifted to low rental scheme or not, or whether it will happen at all or not.

                        I received a feedback call sometime back, I raised the same issue and asked why there is no update on when scheme will be applied on my second number. Executive had put the phone on hold only to never reply back.

                          I Mr. Anjan Sutradhar had a vodafone Postpaid Connection bearing no. [protected]

                          I was a oustanding of Rs 1600/= & I want to Surrender the connection .On 16th Oct 15 I got a call from Vodafone care bearing a no. [protected] they told me that if I pay Rs. 1200/= today they will clear up my outstanding and surrender my connection.
                          I paid the amount Rs.1200/- Online at 5.27 PM I gave the Payment ID (EBBR[protected]) to them & they told me they will update & surrender the connection.
                          After 4 month on 11th Feb 16 I got a call from a lawyer with Ph no.[protected] he told me that he got a case that I am have a vodafone post paid connection of no [protected] have a non paying amount of Rs.426/- & if I not pay that amount by today they will put this case to Delhi court.
                          Again I paid that amount yesterday online with payment ID FBBR[protected] at 1.20 PM and confirm him
                          After that I call to Vodafone Care ([protected]) Rumi Madam Pick the call and she told me that they don't have any record and she deny about that case.
                          and they didn't confirm me the connection surrender.
                          I do hereby requested please followup the matter & provide me the surrender confirmation.

                            I have paid all my dues on date 30.01.2016 at vodafone gallary at Vashi Navi Mumbai to migrate my connection from post paid to prepaid. They informed me that activation will be done within 24 Hrs but still the SIM is not activated. I am following the matter with their customer desk & receiving only system generated responce. On asking correct desk contact they are not providing. No proper responce from Vodafone

                                      Hello sir,
                                      Vodafone doesnt give message when our data pack is about to finished, they Inform us after serveral Extra MBs we used above Our pack !
                                      I complain them about 2-3 times and they said me that we'll do waiver after your bill generate but all i got is that Arrongant Evasive answer that you won't get waiver, i dont want to even listen.
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      They said we cant waiver cause we alredy give you last time, but what's the point in that ? If you do mistakes 3-4 times and get us waiver only 1 time, is that enough ?
                                      Shame on Vodafone.
                                      This is happening to me 3-4 time, They dont even want to listen my last conversation with their representive with whome i got registered my complaint.
