I P.Ramesh working in T.N.E.B government staff, my contact number is [protected] .recently I came to know about one offer that was established by your Vodafone network . for that they told me to change my other network sim to Vodafone .so I changed my two idea sims to Vodafone .on 29/01/2016 at 01:10 pm I went to ADAYAR Vodafone showroom . there I put token and also waited for half an hour . Mr .Dharani who is working there attend me . for changing the network he asked the nessassary documents like adhar card, pan card, photo, mnp sim charge 10rs, contact number, port I'd number.I also submitted all the above mentioned . after receiving that he said that the network will change within 7 working days. But that 7 days got completed on 5/02/16 itself. But my network didn't Change till now today the date is 10/02/16
Regarding this issue I complained to Mr.Dharani.
I didn't responded me properly and also insulted me too . regarding this matter I called customer service MR.SANTHOSH said me to meet store manager (ADAYAR Vodafone branch ) .so on 08/02/16 at 06:00 pm I met miss keerthana madam, she told me that after two days it will be changed . but Still my network didn't changed. I gave my proof to change my network from idea to Vodafone on 29/01/16
But on 08/02/16 only they are processing my request nearly 10 days passed away . I do know what they are doing? And what they are thinking in their mind .if I go and give some complaint means they are not at all responding and also insulting me badly. Is it how they treat their customer? Really I got fed up. Iam planning to tell all my friends, neighborhoods, colleges and my relatives that pls don't ever try to change your other network to Vodafone because there is no proper response.so sir Regarding this issue you should definitely investigate Mr. Dharani for insulting me badly . if you didn't do that as a customer I will go and complaint to the CENTRAL GOVERNMENT TELE COMMUNICATION TRAI
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Shame on Vodafone.
This is happening to me 3-4 time, They dont even want to listen my last conversation with their representive with whome i got registered my complaint.
