[Resolved] Vodafone India — miscommunication about unlimited call plan | |||
Dear team, My mobile no is [protected]. Network provider is vodafone. I have ported in from airtel to vodafone in the current month. My first recharge was 499/- and plan was unlimited std and local calls with 1gb 4g data/day. But problem is i am not able to call unlimited sometimes its said you have no sufficient balance. Also customer care number 198 is so poor. It's not move to executive after given proper dtmf. Kindly take care of it and also take proper action.
