Vodafone India — MNP Related Problem | |||||
I have ported one of my airtel number [protected] from airtel to vodafone. Despite of porting three times, each time vodafone cancel my request without informing me the appropriate reason . I have informed vodafone customer care senior officer so many times but they don't help me to on that context. Please help me on that also take a strong action against them. Each and every Day they cheating with us.Customer care is very bad, different person in customer care said different things on the same context. I have also requested vodafone senior customer care officer to log a complain about "Why every time my porting request has been cancelled" but they deny to log a complain. I am so horrified about the service provided by vodafone. Kindly help me on that so that I am able to transfer my SIM from airtel to Vodafone.
