Vodafone India — mobile connection-plan change | |||
I initially had bsnl prepaid, after repeated calls from vodafone customer support to port to their n/w. I agreed and the sales executive visited my house and gave a postpaid sim saying that after activating i can change the plan to least charging plan which is 199 - initially it will be 399 to which i agreed. But after activating i found that there is no such plan. I called the helpdesk to which the executive said i can go to store and convert it to prepaid. I repeatedly asked if it was possible to which she said yes. But when i went to store, the store person said it needs 90 days to convert and will only register complaint. Later i recieved a call saying they can change the plan to 249 which i agreed. But again got a call from vodafone saying it is not possible to convert to 249 plan. It has been a series of calls and visit to store which resulted only in waste of time and energy. It is only false promises that vodafone uses to sell their product. Now i am not willing to pay 399 every month and need change of plan to 199 as promised inititally Was this information helpful? | |||
