Hi.. I tried to make payment of Rs.427.25 to my VODAFONE mobile No. [protected] from my VISA ICICI DEBIT CARD via BILLDESK.. I got the message from bank that Rs.427.25 is debited from account but recharge is unsuccessful. Its showing Reason: Sorry! We are unable to process your transaction.
