Vodafone India — my outgoing call barred without prior intimation call | |||
Dear team, My mobile no. [protected], 02 month before I port this number to Vodafone from Airtell after paid d last bill received from Airtell. In last weak received call from Vodafone to pay d outstanding amount of Airtell, I clearly told him still I had not receive any bill from airtell so how one can pay the same on which the representative told me that I will receive d bill accordingly on mail but till time I had not received d said bill but from 21/06/2018 my out going call barred / stopped with out any information. On enquire with customer care it was informed that the same blocked by train due to outstanding payment of Airtel bill. Right now I'm out of mumbai in one of d small village in UP and totally helpless due to outgoing call blocked. Request your help in same Was this information helpful? | |||
