Vodafone India — my postpaid number money check do not received

I purchase two cug postpaid sim of vodafone and pay 500/- rs (250/- rs each sim). I discontinue my both sim on 12 dec, 2017 but my payment check does not received by me.in this regarding i sent many mails to vodafone but don't have any solution. Please resolve my problem. Updated by hemendra.pro Today, above one month gone but my problem does not solved. My money (Check for 500/-rs) do not send by Vodafone. How can I believe this company as a trusted company. And in this complaints portal, I complain about this matter on 21 march 2018 but problem do not resolved. please show this matter.

I am keep on getting calls from Vodafone daily one for hello tune another one for Vodafone red plan.

After declining also these ppl keep on calling me.
