Vodafone India — my postpaid sim at no service | |||||
I recently changed my prepaid connection to postpaid ([protected]) . But after the sim got activated, it's stopped working as no service. I tried to reach the customer care and also the vodafone store, but they are just hanging up the whole case. No improvement till, yet i have to pay the rental charges as well. I am a student, i also have 400 rs balance in that number, i have everything linked with the number . Please help me sir. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I upgraded my sim to 4g while roaming in Mumbai now both Sims are not working.
I have called call centre whole day nobody is able to tell the reason. They say new sim is already active.
I'm in trouble I'm roaming and cannot contact anybody.
I'm a vodafone e customer since last 16 years.
