Vodafone India — my sim is deactivated | |||
My vodafone red number is deactivated by company due to non payment of bill since i had some disputes. This number is registered for my bank records and everywhere. Due to covid - 19 i am stuck in nashik and not able to operate any online bank transactions. Since i have purchased this sim from mumbai not possible for me to visit to mumbai for sim activation. Government is saying help customers digitally in this covid - 19 condition and not possible me to visit vodafone store. I am ready to pay all dues but i need my sim to be activated urgently. My issue is I have raised many complaints in past 2 years still the issue remains. If they can solve it tell the same, moreover I have paid every bill issued to me inspite of getting no service.

Network issue prevailing from many days not even the from calls getting connected, even net speed is not there at any time.
