Internet service is very unreliable complete waste of money. Sometimes it just refuses to connect to internet even in 3g.

It causes a lot of inconvenience as i am unable to do work which require immediate internet connection and is very frustrating. It is very unreliable even in good network areas.

Despite the fact that the above material was done on[protected], they have not yet been implemented after speaking with the teletype verification to activate the number and they have confirmed that your document has not been updated in the registrations. And they ask me to call 198/199 for support. It really hurts the client in such a situation.
Please do whatever is necessary.
Please call me in this regard or phone on the number...

Callertune service is automatically subscribed when i recharged my number with talk time of rupees 100 yesterday (30 march 2020) and it deducted my 30+30 rupees automatically don't know how.. I recharged rs. 599 for my vodafone prepaid mobile number ([protected]) by yono lite app. Received acknowledge 'successfully', and money is deducted on 31 march 2020.
Pack is still not activated on my phone.

I am a postpaid customer of vodafone india and this complaint is about poor internet speed at my home address, i am studying in lucknow but i am currently at my home in gorakhpur due to lockdown. The network in vodafone 4g is strong but the internet speed is very pathetic, sometimes it takes few minutes to load the google search, which is very disappointing. Its showing 4g with full network but the speed comes around 10kbps....

Please unblock and provide network as it is necessary during lockdown period.
