Vodafone India — Mydala scam | |||
Yesterday, 10th May, 2015, RS.99 was deducted from mY Vodafone account and I received an SMS saying "Dear Customer, Thank you for buying mydala deals. To enjoy your free deals log on to m.mydala.com. For queries call at[protected]. Enjoy the deal!" To be noted, that I didn't even buy anything remotely close to a mydala deal. And this is not the first time Vodafone has been involved in such a scam. Everytime I call their customer help, they say it because I clicked something on the internet. But is clicking "something" on the internet enough to deduct Rs.99 from the balance? Can I expect https://www.consumercomplaints.in to delve into the matter? Was this information helpful? | |||
