Kumar bought the sim on 2008. By 2009 the balance showed (-400.00). By 2010, it got stuck at (-772.00). Till now 2017, it is same. Jivan receive all calls and messages too. But to make calls I have to unnecessary clear the due. Now they don't even give free data 100mb they used to give before...
