[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Network Issue

Hi my name is Rizwan Shaikh...My Mobile num is[protected]...I had complaint to vodafone in may regarding my network issues at home location...Its been more than 1 months since I am following up on the complaint but no one had been able to reply back to me...Whenver I call to them they say the tower in your area is under maintenance and will take time...When asked for refund of money for the services they can't provide...they just transfer saying billing will take care of it..billing says its network problem...when called vodafone complaints on 198 on 12.06.2014 at 16.08hrs a lady from billing answered the call and dint botherd to transfer the call to to supervisor and just kept on hold for 9 minutes...So this is the type of service vodafone is giving to customers...They are just looting the customers as there is no one to question them...When asked they dont reply properly... Want a strict action against this...

Hi, I am living at Balaji Avenue-IIi, Neelamangalam, Guduvanchery, Chennai - 603 202. In this address the Vodafone network was very poor and I am unable to receive the call, even if the call is connected the voice was breaking. I am facing this problem for the past 2 months. I took 4 vodafone postpaid connections on September 9 th, from the first day onwards I am facing network issue at my home. My house is locating just 600 meters from vodafone tower. But iam facing serious voice crackling issue and data connection issue. I made lot of complaints to vodafone store and customer care. But the technical team came to my house and told me that due to building obstructions signal is dropping, so they assured me to provide booster unit within a week. But still not getting the booster unit. Vodafone karur branch manager and service person not attending my call. Iam very much frustrated.
I am living in pune at khadki location.

At my area whenever we enter my home vodafone complete range gets disappear.

Since 6 moths i am facing this issue and even whole people of my area facing this.

So please resolve this issue Or else i am thinking to migrate from vodafone to other service provider.

Customer had NOT received proper network of vodafone at residence place from 23rd Oct to mid dec 2014.
Vodafone state complete bills need to be paid by customer -rasied on 25th Nov
& 25th Dec 2014, which customer doesnt agree as proper service had NOT been porovided

With out providing logical reason- Vodaofn INdia reject customer request for reduce is bill amount raised.
Services on customer number had been barred from 24th dec 2014.

I m Sagar chadha facing 3g internet network in karampura, new delhi. I cant receive 3g efficiently or everytime. I receives 2g network sometimes in case of 3g internet pack . Pls resolve.
in mumbai, vodafone corporate postpaid service is the worst service i have ever experienced in my life. (aircel gives a damn challenge to vodafone) they are completely fraud. most of the time i am not able to call from my network. when i approached their customer care services, they told me that soon such problems would be solved, gave me some reference no & said i will get a call back in 48 hours. nothing happened in last 96 hours. i am completely fed up of the service
