[Resolved] Vodafone India — no incoming call after 2+ days of sim activation | |||
Hello, This is with regards to complaint number [protected]. I have ported my number from Airtel to Vodafone on 13th January. Incoming call facility has not been started. I have been losing on important business call since 13th January due to incoming call facility. Following actions have been taken so far: 1. Called Vodafone customer care, the person suggested visiting Vodafone store 2. I have visited the Vodafone store on a business day(affecting my daily work), another SIM was issued with assurance problem would be solved 3. After activation still problem persisted 4. Called customer care was being assured problem would be solved by 7 PM, 14th January. Still, the problem is there, I have suffered business loss because of the inconvenience.
