Vodafone India — No network and no incoming or outgoing calls | |||
Respected sir, From yesterday morning, i. e. 7th august 2016 till the registration of this complaints, i. e. 8th august 2016, 5:30 pm, no calls can be dialed or received for the vodafone network for two of my postpaid connections. i have complained to them multiple times and the response is very slow.in a way i am cut off from my entire organization and other family members when i am at home. i will have to come around half a kilometer to one kilometer to either complain to the vodafone customer care or to make or receive calls on my phone. so in a way being without connectivity for more than 36 hours on two postpaid numbers has been very painful. kindly register a complaint for the deficiency of service against the vodafone service providers. the vodafone service registration number for my complaint is:[protected] registered on 7th aug 201 at 03:17 pm. kindly request you to initiate action against this deficient service and take necessary actions.
