Vodafone India — No Network Signal even after multiple escalations | |||
Hi, My vodafone number is [protected]. I have received very poor customer services from Vodafone. I am currently residing in USA. I have enabled international roaming before leaving India. Roaming was working fine until last month. Last month, my service was disabled due to delay in bill payment. I immediately paid all my bills. But even after several reminders and escalations my service is still not enabled after 20 days. I even wrote to "Corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com". But no use in that. I even asked them to give me higher officials contact for escalation, but no reply for that also. Need to resolve this issue at the earliest and i should not received any bill for the last 20 days until the issue is resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||

Any update on this. Poor customer service from Vodafone here also. They are replying to emails and no reply here also. Very disappointing.
