    I have been complaining for 4 years now.my prepaid mobile no. is [protected].There is a problem with the tower.HOwever sometimes even when there is full tower, the call gets disconnected within minutes.this happens for every telephone call and in every area.I have given written complaint to the vodafone customer care of my are but the issue has not been resolved.i have changed my sim card just a month back.Besides that i have tried my sim on other phones.I know the problem is with vodafone connection

I have recharge in the previous month (i.e. May, 2015) and in current month –June, 2015. Mobile Net connection is very poor or worst net Services of Vodafone. I have registered a complaint through No. 198 (=199) but till date there is improvement in net connection. There is no NET CONNECTION during the month of June, 2015. With regards ( D. K.           Dear Sir I have received the bill for the month of 17th April-16th May 2015, wherein they have wrongly debited for 198 international SMS charges Rs.990 + taxes. last week I have lodged a complain with local service center in siliguri.As advised by them I have deposited the remaining bill amount also immediately. but in spite of it, they have stopped my outgoing call services & i am suffering a lot due to it.             Dear Vodafone Team Good Afternoon On Yesterday 10th june 2015 i paid Rs. 1165 to Lazaro Teleservices executive (Vodafone Mini Store) at Sakinaka Junction. I have 2 connection in Vodafone. ([protected] /[protected]) He told me with in one hour you will get an SMS for bill payment. I left from store. Next Day still i am waiting for SMS. I try many time to contact them about my bill payment status, after long time he pickup my call & reply me "sir i will reach at shop & then call you." after this again i was waiting for long time and call that fellow but number is switch off. I call to Vodafone customer care about my bill payment status, they said bill was not paid. I attach my cash payment receipt.               Hi Team, Please find the bleow my comlaint against Vodafone. Hi Vodafone team, I purchased total 3 CUG connection with your Vodafone person. Meanwhile I spoke to him 3 connections are under CUG. But since when I purchased till the my last bill Vodafone is changing amount for CUG connections.                   Hi, This is praveen, i am using [protected] number with vodafone postpaid. recently i moved to other state, now i want to switch it over from postpaid to prepaid. i called to customer care serveral times they said to visit the vodafone store in andhra pradesh and pay the unbilled amt then your request will process in two days. i went to hyderabad ammerpet vodafone store and made the total payment as told by agent in the ofc and he given me the new sim card and he said it will be activate in 2 days, this was happend on last saturday. (already i have paid lots of money in the name of daily rentals, value added services, unbilled amount, roaming charges) now still they are not processing my request. today i called to customer care they are saying my requast has been kept in pending status. i ask him the reason but he is not responding. Please help me.

                    I am a Postpaid user of Vodafone. In the Month of May I have received a bill of ₹ 2100/- out of which ₹ 797 was for using internet while roaming. When I have logged a complaint agaist it. The Customer care executive told me that they will give a discount of ₹ 500/- only. I have logged a complaint again and they waived the rest amount also. From that date I got frequent messages that some services like Glamorzone & Hotshots and many more are activated on my mobile. ₹ 155/-for VAS downloads & ₹ 110/- for those activated services appeared in the bill for month of May. Right now my unbilled amount is showing about ₹ 14300/-. Apart from the billing part the service is really poor. The calls are dropping frequently. I am unable to send an image over whatsapp on vodafone network. And the most important thing is it is impossible to talk to an customercare executive of vodafone. The response of regional relationship manager is very poor.

                      I am Using the Number [protected] from 20th Dec 2014, in this days automatically my core balance is deducting and activating the Add on Services like TV, Aarti and Astro. When i approached to Vodafone care they simply deactivating the services and saying the good day, But what about my balance I need my balance back because i am avail the services and not intentionally activated the services.

                          I have done a transaction through vodafone.in, in which I have purchased a Full Talktime voucher of Rs.350/-, on my Vodafone no. [protected], dated : 20/05/2015 Order ID : o[protected] Payment Transaction ID: CSMP[protected] Date & time of order : 20 Apr, 2015 20:44:30 Online Recharge Name: Full Talk time MSISDN: [protected] Amount: 350.0 eTopUpStatus: FAILED. As you can see that the same transaction had been failed and the amount had been deducted and I am very much surprised that the amount is not yet reimburse. So kindly initiate the refund at ur earliest possibility.

                            There are two issues. My Vodafone number is [protected], Karnataka circle. 1) I raised a PORT request on May 11th 2015, since I was not satisfied with the plans and service offered by Vodafone. I received a call from Vodafone representative assuring of better services and they offered me a better plan.They told the plan will be activated from June 1st 2015 (that is start of my billing cycle). But till this date (10th June 2015) the offered plan was not activated and I am having still the same old plan and even worst services. The thing they have done is they have just hold on to a customer giving false offer and information. 2) I have been charged 100 rupees extra on my May month postpaid mobile bill. The reason they stated is late payment. Vodafone was updating their database and there was no way customers were able to pay the bill. I went and checked at one of the Vodafone stores and they told no late payment charges will be applied since its a problem from their end. My last payment date was 19th May. Their upgrade finished on 20th May and I paid the bill on 20th May itself. But they have now slapped a late payment charge on my mobile bill. I called their customer care and raised a complaint request. They assured the issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours and 100 rupees would be deducted and a new bill would be sent to me. (Complaint number[protected]. But till now I haven't received a follow up call/email on this regard. When I called them back and asked to connect to the manager, they placed me on hold for 3-4 minutes and there was no response.

                            I have taken the vodafone corporate sim on 10 th of april .and Issue regarding email address updatation is resolved yesterday when I mailed them atleast 3 times and called them 10 times .as the mail id is updated but still I am not get the bill for the month of april and may.And the height of service is there when I called them to increase my SMS limit then they told me that SMS pack is not active as I requested them to activate before a month and they stated the same reason every time that "we tried contacting you but u r not available " as I m available 24*7.i had paid my april bill without seeing the itemized bill.
                            Vodafone number -[protected]. that is the worst service of Vodafone I have ever used.

                              On 3rd or 4th June approximately I came to know that my valve of Rs.75.00 deducted and soon I have called for refund of my amount. Vodafone customer care service assured me to refund the same within 24 hours but still there is no progress in this matter. I am a high net worth customer of you. Myonthly recharges crosses Rs.500.00. I kindly request you to refund my Rs.75.00 which was deducted without my mistakes.

                              They have agreed to refund 75% of the amount deducted. But still I am not happy because I lost my part of amount which is not my mistake.

                                    I made a MNP from Reliance to Vodaphone with my mobile number [protected]. I could make calls and used it for a few days after I received the verification call from Vodaphone. It is Postpaid connection. I received a message also from Vodaphone that I have been given Rs.500 credit limit. All of a sudden I found that there are no signals shown in my mobile. I thought the tower is not reaching. When it did not work for a day, I got a doubt that the instrument might be troubling and changed the mobile set and tested. The situation was same. I approached the Local Hindupur Vodaphone service center and they told me that the sim is ok but there is some problem with Vodaphone services to my mobile. Then they checked with the system and found that the mobile number is suspended without any reason mentioned. I do not know what to do and so approaching you for the immediate relief. All my bank dealings have come to a stand still because of it. I cannot be put to trouble by such one sided action without my prior knowledge. I am incurring heavy loss due to it. I may be forced to approach the courts if the situation continues further. Please restore my mobile number immediately and cooperate.
