[Resolved]  Vodafone India — No response from Vodafone

Hi, this is venaktesh and mobile number : [protected].I am sending an email to appellate and nodal team from Oct, 23th, 2014 onwards but till date respone.Vodafone is cheating the customer by include the charges already i have 1GB without complete the plan they chagrining the amount.If i am asking that question i did not get any reply or resopone from them. Now i want to file a case on them.could you please guide me. Regards, Venkatesh
