Sir i would like under your consideration my issue of being charged rupees 1260 on account of vip calls at an number newer being dialed by me the number is 571717 for the same i contacted customer care [protected] but was surprised by attitude of team manager at vodafone cust care satyendra tomar after a long discussion he said hes giving me complaint no but then declined towards the same when asked about senior contacts he refused it seemed as if customer care team leaders decide strategists at vodafone and ceo and others may go home as this issue of inflating bill was firsthand complained to ms bhawana sharma at nodal.
