Sir,
I have recharged my mobile No. [protected] through easy mobile recharge.com with Rs 199.00 but it was shown to me as successful but neither it has been credited to sim account nor refunded to my SBI debited account. Kindly expedite my issue and instruct the said service provider refund the same to my account.

With due respect I do lodge my complaint to your kind perusal for early solution.
Sir I had recharged my mobile with Rs 199.00 & Rs 201 (Rs199.00+Rs 2.00 service charge) but neither my number was credited with recharge amount nor it was refunded to my debit account. Please instruct these service providers to refund my recharge amounts to my debit account earliest.
