[Resolved]  Vodafone India — not able to use outgoing calls and sms

I Have recently done MNP from Jio to Vodafone. Have done recharged FRC with retailer, before the recharge as I confirmed with Vodafone customer care, they suggest me for make a outgoing calls should recharge pack RS. 647.
I have done this recharge 14 jan 2020 with retailer. I had recharge confirmation from Vodafone but, I’m unable to make a outgoing calls as well internet browse.

So, I have reached with customer care many times, they are not giving solution for me. Still I’m getting the same issue.

Can you please take the Necessary action on it. Almost 7 days gone . have lost 7 days benefits of recharged amount.

Here it’s attached screen shot proof for recharged confirmation, which I got from the Vodafone.

Hello Team, who will be pay my lost of my 20 days earnings.i want to know who will pay this lost my 20 days earnings. i lost my 20 days earnings, because this issue. even the vodafone service is very worst . lot of maill follwed and called visisted to store many time. service provider not provided proper solution for me. dont mark it as resolved this case without my confirmation

Hello Team,
This is my alternative number [protected].
My Vodafone number is [protected].

I have mailed to Vodafone care Team and created many complaint request also visited 5 more times to Vodafone store(Adyar).still the issue not yet to provide the proper solution.the Vodafone store people talking with customer arrogantly.

Past 15 days I didn’t use this number. I had losses of my business earnings. You should repay the 15 days of my earnings.

The consumer team can you please do the necessary action on it.
